Each wood flower arrangement is handmade with care, which means small variations make every piece one-of-a-kind. Because of this, I’m not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to me. I want you to love your flowers and will always do my best to make it right.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if there are any issues or if your order arrives damaged. Be sure to keep any damaged items and packaging in case the shipping company requests them for review.
