When Life Gives You Flowers…
I’ve always loved the look of flowers but hated the way they never lasted. They wilted, dropped pollen on the table, and got knocked over just as life got busy. For my 2020 wedding I wanted something beautiful that would stay beautiful. That’s when I discovered wood flowers and faux greenery. I painted, prepped, and arranged hundreds of blooms only to have COVID cancel the wedding. I got married in my apartment kitchen over Zoom. It was quiet, intimate, and unexpectedly magical. All those flowers were already made, and I didn’t want them to go to waste.
So I made bouquets. For friends, for family, for anyone who needed a little joy. My first big wedding order in 2021 showed me this could be more than a hobby. Slowly weekends at craft fairs and small orders grew into something bigger. By Fall 2025 SolaFlowerSam became my full-time dream, designing flowers as a career and not just a passion. Every bouquet I make now carries that story. A piece of silver lining made to last and made for the moments you want to remember.
